Pursuant to the requirements of California Health and Safety Code sections 119400 and 119402, Owens & Minor Halyard is now making its compliance policies available on this Web site and, upon request, in a hard-copy version.

Owens & Minor Halyard declares that it has adopted a comprehensive compliance program applicable to California medical or health professionals and as of September 1, 2011 it remains in compliance with California’s Health and Safety Codes. Owens & Minor Halyard further declares that it is not aware of any violations of its comprehensive compliance program relating to California medical or health professionals on or after the effective date of California Health and Safety Code sections 119400 and 119402.
